How long does shipping take within the UK?
We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days and an express option that typically arrives within 1-2 working days.
Do I need to be present to sign for my alcohol delivery?
Yes, all deliveries containing alcohol require a signature from someone aged 18 or over. We operate a Challenge 25 policy, so please have your ID ready.
What happens if a bottle arrives broken?
While we use specialized protective packaging, accidents can happen. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will issue a replacement or refund.
Can I return a bottle if I change my mind?
You can return unopened bottles in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
